Student Cup 2025 – young gymnasts shone once again in Bučovice

On 8 November 2025, Bučovice hosted the 46th edition of the girls’ artistic gymnastics competition Pohár studentstva (Student Cup). As is tradition, a broad field of young gymnasts from across Moravia and Silesia gathered for the event, and DINA-HITEX, spol. s r.o. was a proud partner of this sporting celebration.

The competition took place in a friendly spirit, fueled by the athletes’ enthusiasm and the support of a packed hall. Thanks to the financial support of DINA-HITEX, the event ran smoothly, a pleasant environment was created for the gymnasts, coaches, and spectators, and the development of artistic gymnastics in the region was supported.

Among nineteen teams, the winners were SGC Ostrava B, taking victory with a total of 95.110 points.

Second place went to TJ Prostějov A (92.960 points), and third place was claimed by Gymnastika Zlín (92.220 points).

The home team, T.J. Sokol Bučovice A, finished in 10th place, while the second Bučovice team, Bučovice B, ended in 18th place.

Individual results

The best gymnast of the competition was Eliška Kroutilová (SGC Ostrava B), who scored 48.010 points. Second was her club teammate Magdaléna Štiaková (47.000 points), and third place was won by Diana Novokshonova of Gymnastika Zlín (46.820 points). Among the home competitors, Iveta Kohoutková did best, finishing in 25th place.

Balance beam final

The thrilling balance beam final confirmed the dominance of the Ostrava gymnasts—Eliška Kroutilová won ahead of Magdaléna Štiaková (both SGC Ostrava B). Third place went to Viktorie Smutková of T.J. Sokol Vsetín A.

This year’s Student Cup once again confirmed that young gymnasts from Moravia and Silesia have enormous talent and a strong drive to improve. The event was marked by a wonderful atmosphere and offered many memorable sporting moments.

Bučovice thus remains an important center of youth gymnastics—and is already looking forward to the next edition.
